We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help architect and scale the systems behind The Flex— from seamless booking flows and automated payments to predictive intelligence and global integrations. You’ll design, develop, and scale the software that runs The Flex platform— building the backbone of automation that powers our global operations. From backend APIs and automation pipelines to cloud infrastructure and data synchronization, you’ll ensure every system is fast, reliable, and intelligent. You’ll collaborate across product, operations, and data teams to bring clarity and automation to one of the world’s most complex industries : rentals.

• Automate Everything – Build intelligent microservices and serverless functions that eliminate repetitive manual work.

• Integrate Intelligently – Connect Base360.ai to key platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Hostaway.
• Enhance Intelligence – Collaborate with AI‑driven automation tools to develop predictive and adaptive systems.
• Mentor & Elevate – Share best practices, review code, and guide engineers toward technical excellence.
