Next Job Abroad is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a German Speaking Bank Customer Service Representative in the picturesque location of Malta. This position is tailored for candidates possessing a strong sales background coupled with exceptional customer service skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing top-tier banking solutions while effectively promoting our financial products. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products and services in both German and English.
  • Utilize sales expertise to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
  • Assist customers with account openings, product inquiries, and various banking transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions within the relevant systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and a strong command of English ; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, ideally within a banking or sales context.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities with efficiency.
  • Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new professional and cultural environment.
