What you'll be handling :
Responsibility for managing development projects from project acceptance to successful completionPlanning, controlling and continuously updating project deadlines, resources and budgetsLeading and coordinating the project team, including organising meetings and documenting resultsMonitoring and reporting on deadlines, costs and quality, as well as active risk managementEnsuring compliance with defined requirements, processes, guidelines and standardsPromoting open communication, a feedback culture and a strong team spiritParticipating in the continuous development of the product development processWhat you'll need :
At least 3 years of experience in project management in the software environmentExperience in software development in the context of plant engineering is an advantageKnowledge of state-of-the-art development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management methodsExperience with complex projects and distributed development teamsBusiness fluent EnglishIndependence and assertivenessVery good communication skillsIdeally, PMA certification and experience with MS Project and JIRAWhat you'll recieve :

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, based on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 53.463 for a full-time position.
