We are currently looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst (m / w / d) to support our FIS Banking team in Germany, ideally located in Munich. Remote options are available.

About the role :

As a Business Process Analyst, you will create and drive process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted organizations.  Focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business and systems environments.  You will resolve complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge and skills. Exercises judgment in decision making, determine approach, methods and procedures to use on new assignments and may coordinate and guide the work of internal and customer teams.

About the team

The Design and Architecture Team sits within the Client Delivery organisation and is responsible for architecting and designing technical solutions.  The Team is involved in a wide range of activities that include solutioning client customisations and enhancements, client implementations, system-specific projects that may involve development or enhancement of internal applications, technology integration and / or infrastructure environment build-out.

What you will be doing :

  • Responsible for complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation.
  • Document and evaluates existing processes.
  • Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
  • Recommend and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
  • Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
  • Align improvement to performance shortfalls.
  • Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
  • May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
  • May lead re-engineering team and act as project manager.

What you will need :

  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, governance and technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in business process development, documentation and re-engineering.
  • Willingness and ability to work with teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, , executive, management, individual contributors
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
  • Ability to estimate work effort for programs, projects and impact assessments and ensure the work is successfully completed.
  • Positive outlook, ability to organise, strong work ethic and responsive to internal and external customers and contacts.
  • Willingly and successfully fulfil the role of teacher, mentor and coach.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English and German.
  • Work at client sites from time to time requiring some travel.
  • Added Bonus if you have :

  • Knowledge of IAM architect solutions and standards
  • Knowledge of SAML , OAuth , and OpenID Connect, user management, authentication and authorization services, IDP and MFA
