Located in Parramatta, Our Lady of Mercy College (OLMC) is a Christ-centred independent Catholic girls’ school with a rich tradition of educational excellence.

The Director of ICT and Digital Learning leads the strategic design, implementation and evaluation of the College’s digital and ICT frameworks. This includes championing innovation in teaching and learning, managing cybersecurity and risk, and ensuring operational excellence. The Director works consultatively with stakeholders to embed emerging technologies, enhance digital literacy, and position OLMC at the forefront of educational innovation. This role also provides strong leadership to a dedicated ICT team, fostering a culture of service, capability development and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to :

  • Commitment to the Catholic ethos and the mission of OLMC Parramatta, demonstrating values-based leadership that supports a culture of faith, integrity and service.
  • Proven capacity to lead contemporary digital learning environments through strategic ICT initiatives that enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Expertise in driving digital transformation, including the successful implementation of change management processes and the development of future-focused ICT strategies.
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing, cross-training, and development within high-performing ICT teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex ICT operations, including enterprise systems, cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure, while aligning with the strategic goals of the College.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective engagement with staff, students, parents and external stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of ICT priorities and opportunities.

Offered as a full-time, ongoing position with a negotiable start date. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and hold relevant qualifications in ICT and leadership.
