Our products help clarifying allergies in a single step – for humans and animals alike. Allergies are diagnosed in a highly specific manner so that patients receive help by their specialist in no time. We increase quality of life, enable personalized treatment, advance research and relieve our health system.

We Need You For

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining competency matrices to systematically capture and develop employee skills and qualifications
  • Identifying training and development needs and deriving targeted development actions in collaboration with managers and department heads
  • Enhancing our talent and learning tools, such as feedback systems, development plans, and mentoring programs
  • Advising leaders and teams on competency development, succession planning, and career pathing
  • Supporting organizational change initiatives through tailored learning and communication measures
  • Analyzing development KPIs and preparing reports to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Managing external training providers and building a sustainable portfolio of learning opportunities

Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, ideally with a focus on competency management
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing competency models or matrices
  • Experience in developing learning programs, including blended learning, e-learning, and on-the-job training
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Analytical and strategic mindset paired with hands-on implementation skills
  • Confident user of HR systems, learning platforms, and MS Office
  • Enthusiasm for driving people development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent German and English skills
