Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend solutions using modern Java technologies as part of our platform backend team.
• Act as a technical leader within the team, ensuring high-quality code through code reviews, automated testing, and documentation.
• Drive team productivity, ensuring that all team members are effectively engaged and supported in their roles.
• Represent the development team in discussions with stakeholders and line management, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Facilitate communication and information flow within the team and across departments.
• Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
• Identify and escalate issues proactively to ensure smooth delivery and team alignment.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the evaluation of new technologies and frameworks.

Possible start date : immediately

We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of EUR 3.843,00 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs / week). The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
