Your Key Responsibilities

Execute tailored performance optimization strategies for high-value clients

Monitor, manage, and optimize social media and paid advertising campaigns , especially Google Ads

Develop structured keyword sets , bidding strategies, and budget recommendations

Strengthen your expertise across Google marketing solutions (Search, Mobile, YouTube, etc.)

Evaluate and interpret performance data, identify patterns, and generate insightful KPI reports

Continuously test and refine campaign setups to drive stronger ROI and client outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

German C2 level (spoken & written)

English at intermediate level

Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization, Google Ads preferred

Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIs

Confident with Excel (data analysis, reports, formulas)

Analytical, detail-oriented thinker with problem-solving abilities

Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Background

Experience in digital marketing agencies or with international clients

Familiarity with YouTube Ads , mobile campaigns, and keyword strategies

Exposure to tech, media, or streaming industries
