Job Description

As a Principal AI Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions across industries, combining deep technical expertise with strategic client engagement. Key responsibilities include :

  • Lead AI strategy workshops, translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures, and implement end‑to‑end AI / ML solutions, including classical ML models and Generative AI applications
  • Build and operationalize MLOps pipelines using cloud‑native tools, applying software engineering principles such as CI / CD, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and prompt engineering
  • Support pre‑sales efforts and lead hands‑on development of PoCs and MVPs
  • Communicate AI capabilities to both technical and non‑technical audiences, while mentoring junior team members and shaping internal best practices for AI delivery

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience in AI / ML solution architecture
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise‑grade ML / AI pipelines, including proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience with cloud‑native MLOps tools and practices, including CI / CD, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with ability to lead client‑facing engagements and mentor junior team members
  • Deep expertise in Generative AI and experience with modern data platforms
