Senior Full-Stack Developer (w / m / x) - Vienna, AT

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced senior full-stack developer to join our team as a full-time working employee. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in designing and building complex systems - from architecture to deployment - ideally in an enterprise environment. This position requires a strong understanding of best practices in software development, the ability to work in a team, and the ability to work independently on complex projects :

Design, develop and maintain high-quality and scalable web and mobile applications
Participation in all phases of the software development cycle
Initial creation of well-documented and testable code
Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to other developers
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in web and mobile development
Mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall knowledge of the team

Your Qualifications

Degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Hands-on experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development

Proven experience with React, React Native, and C#

Proven track record with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server)

In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming principles

Experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture

Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)

Experience with agile development methods (e.g. SAFe, Scrum)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and cooperation skills

Fluency in German and / or English is a prerequisite

Bonus points

Experience with specific test frameworks (e.g. XUnit, Playwright)

Experience with CI / CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI / CD)

Experience in dealing with legacy code

Experience with PHP, Java, Backbone, jQuery

Contributions to open-source projects

Own projects to showcase the experience

Salary

The actual minimum salary is 75,000 EUR gross per year (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The collective agreement IT-KV ( EDV-KV ) applies.

Overtime

Any accrued overtime is partially compensated in the form of time off and partially paid out.
