What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on Otis Austria and support Talent Acquisition in Poland. This role aims to optimize recruitment delivery across both blue and white-collar roles by enhancing speed and quality of hire, creating a robust talent pipeline, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, some of your key responsibilities will be to :
- Conduct workforce planning meetings to accurately forecast resourcing needs, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment practices and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Create innovative recruitment strategies that reflect both role requirements and current market conditions, attracting top-tier talent.
- Engage in events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen Otis's presence in the talent market.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and administrative processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to integrate and streamline talent acquisition efforts.
- Identify and implement process improvements across Talent Acquisition operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role you will have :
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, either within an agency or in-house setting, particularly in a corporate environment.Proficiency in German, English, and Polish.Proven track record of proactively sourcing candidates and establishing strong working relationships with hiring managers.Passion for Talent Acquisition and a commitment to delivering best-in-class service.Effective communication skills and the ability to grasp commercial concepts and complex procedures.Our promise to you :
