Your role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Front Desk Manager who enjoys being the organizational heart of our office. This is not your average reception role : you will be the first impression for our guests, the organizational backbone of our office, and a vital support to our CEO and our team.
This is the right role for someone who is highly organized, service-oriented, and reliable — but also curious, motivated, and eager to grow into additional responsibilities in communications and events.
What you'll do
Be the welcoming face of the QADVISERS office : greet visitors, handle correspondence and calls, and ensure a smooth experience for all guestsTake care of day-to-day office management : meeting room organization, vendor and service provider coordination, invoice handlingSupport our CEO with executive assistance tasksOver time : coordinating smaller events and contribute to communication activities (internal & external)What we're looking for
A proactive team player with excellent organizational skills and a service-oriented mindsetSomeone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys working on different tasks, and brings energy, creativity, and problem-solving skills to the tableFluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is essential, additional languages are a plusConfident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva;marketing and communication experience is a plus.
