StellenbeschreibungQualified or nearing completion of a Master’s degree in Accounting, ACA, or ACCA Minimum of two years’ experience in a client accounting role Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAPSME reporting standards, as well as the Income Tax Act and Value Added Tax Act Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Interest in working on payroll, tax returns, and tax computations Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Up to €45K depending on experience Hybrid with flexible hours - Summer Hours (July, August – On Fridays we leave at 2pm!) Market leading accounting firm offering bespoke client solutions urgently needs a Senior Accounting Executive to work with and support the Supervisor work with both domestic and international clients and offer a wide range of services such as Book-Keeping, Management Accounting, Payroll, VAT and Tax compliance join their successful team.
Salary up to €45K depending on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a varied client portfolio with full responsibility
- Prepare and review management accounts, tax returns, monthly VAT returns and VAT recapitulative statements
- Liaise effectively with auditors
- Develop technical skills and mentor junior accountants
- Delegate tasks efficiently to junior accountants and review their work to ensure quality control
- Meet with clients within the assigned portfolio, addressing their requests and queries
