Key Responsibilities : What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement KuCoin EU’s marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Develop a unique and very recognizable KuCoin EU brand strategy and special brand awareness campaigns. Make KuCoin EU the most recognizable and innovative Fintech brand in Europe.
• Prepare for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing efforts are compliant and effectively positioned to leverage potential opportunities arising from regulations (i.E. MiCAR, MiFID II, EMD / PSP II,…)
• You will work closely with the regional management teams in EEA to align local growth needs and targets with the group's global marketing plan. Partner with regional management teams in EEA and the groups' global marketing teams to tailor the groups' global digital marketing strategy, PR, campaigns, content creation, SEO / SEM / ASO, Social Media, and offline activation to local EEA needs.
• Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts;

making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
