Compensation and Reporting Expert (m / f / d)
The Compensation and Reporting Expert (m / f / d) manages and supports key compensation processes, including bonus and salary planning. This role leads HR reporting using tools such as Workday and Excel. The position also drives process improvements, supports data-driven decision-making, and collaborates with stakeholders to maintain compliance, data quality and operational efficiency. Futhermore, in this role you will take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating team spirit and a strong commitment to the success of the area and the company.

Your Responsibilities : Compensation & Benefits
Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs, including bonus calculations and salary planningConfigure and maintain the Workday Advanced Compensation module (bonus and salary planning processes)Develop communication and training materials for compensation and benefits programsConduct compensation surveys and gender pay gap analysesSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processesReporting
Prepare and deliver key HR workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics for internal decision-making and external reporting requirements, using Workday and ExcelConfigure and maintain the Workday Reporting module and dashboardsCollaborate with stakeholders within and beyond HR to ensure data integrity and process efficiency, with a focus on process and task automationYour Profile :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fieldVery good experience in advanced reporting & analytics, compensation & benefits, or related fieldProven experience with reporting tools, preferably Workday / HR Management SystemsStrong analytical skills with expertise in advanced ExcelAttention to detail for precise calculation and data qualityExperience with bonus calculationsExperience in developing training and communication materials for compensation and benefits programsStrong interpersonal skills and collaboration in international environmentsFluency in English, German is a big advantageDesired :
