Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Generalist (m / f / d) at RetInSight, located in Vienna, Austria with some work from home acceptable. The HR Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and handling benefits administration. Additionally, the HR Generalist will support the HR management team, oversee recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in HR Management and crafting HR Policies
• Skills in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English;

knowledge of German is a plus
