• Developing new sales potential while building and maintaining customer relationships in the aerospace and aviation sector
• Organization and implementation of the entire sales process including pre-sales management and strategic sales planning
• Responsibility for CRM maintenance (accounts, contacts, opportunities) as well as customer communication and setting realistic expectations
• Ensuring the defined profit and sales growth
• Supporting all commercial activities with customers
• Completed studies (University, University of Applied Sciences, TU or comparable) with a focus on aerospace, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
• At least 6 years of active sales experience in a technical B2B environment, preferably in the aerospace and aviation sector
• Proven success in new business areas and technologies
• Very good communication skills, confident and convincing appearance as well as independent and proactive way of working
• Willingness to travel 70 percent (worldwide)
• Business fluent in German and English
