Lead Project Integration & Ensure Client Satisfaction as an Integration / CX Manager (Austria)
About The Role :
A well-established infrastructure provider seeks a results-oriented Integration / CX Manager to join their team in Austria. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration, commissioning, and handover of projects, exceeding client expectations. As part of the CX team, you'll be responsible for :
- Project Quality & Commissioning : Overseeing the seamless integration and commissioning of all project systems, guaranteeing quality and adherence to client specifications.
- Planning & Execution : Developing and executing comprehensive pre-commissioning and commissioning plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
- Documentation & Reporting : Reviewing project documentation, preparing progress reports, and assisting with the handover of completed projects to clients.
- Teamwork & Collaboration : Cooperating effectively with the construction team, vendors, and project managers to achieve smooth project delivery.
- Technical Expertise : Possessing a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, commissioning procedures, and quality management principles.
