We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative Tech Co-Founder (future CTO) f / m / d to join Aiones. Tasks Responsibilities : Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones Hands-on development of our systems and product lineup Oversee and manage server and deployment landscape Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation Bridge the gap from strategy to technical implementation Requirements What you bring to the team : Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment Effective communication and collaboration skills Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, cloud deployment and system integration Well experienced with different types of databases (e.g. Neo4j, Postgres, Qdrant) Expertise in CI / CD procedures and software development cycles Deeply interested in artificial intelligence and machine learning Fluent in English, German or any other languages are a plus Previous startup experience is a plus Benefits What We Offer : Co-Founding Opportunity : Shape our technology vision, strategy, and team as a core member including company equity Hybrid-Remote Policy : Three out of four weeks a month, you can work from everywhere in the world - one week a month we spend time on-site in Vienna Funding-Enabled Compensation : Once we have secured the required funding / profitability, you’ll receive a competitive founder salary Closing We are looking for someone ready to embark on this journey with us, leveraging their skills and passion to create something truly transformative.
