We believe that our associates are our greatest asset and we are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Director of Talent & Culture to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary :

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to support corporate goals
Lead and develop the T&C team
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Foster a positive and inclusive corporate cultureDesign and optimize recruitment processes
Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
Advise management on all T&C-related matters
Oversee and manage the T&C budget
Close cooperation with all departments and Head of Departments as well as with the Regional T&C Director

Required Skills :

Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

Several years of experience in a senior HR position

Strategic thinking and the ability to initiate and implement change processes

Strong leadership and communication skills

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR processes

High social competence and empathy

Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
