Your Responsibilities
- Initiate, lead, and manage global projects in the field of special lifting solutions, from project start to successful completion
- Plan, allocate, and monitor time, budget, and resources within the assigned area of responsibility
- Drive cross-functional standard and configured projects, as well as customer-specific projects, ensuring alignment across international teams
- Continuously monitor and steer project progress, ensuring KPIs and quality targets are consistently achieved
- Building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of strategic goals
