Strategy Professional (m / f / d)

With around 9,000 employees, AGRANA is the global leader in fruit preparations and also a major producer of fruit juice concentrates in Europe as well as being a key manufacturer of customised starch products and organic ethanol in its Starch segment. AGRANA is also one of today's leading sugar companies in Central and Eastern Europe.

To enhance our Strategy & Transformation department at our Vienna site, we are seeking a dedicated Strategy Professional (m / f / d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

In this role you will support both strategic projects and the transformation management office (TMO) in formulating and executing our strategy at AGRANA.

Your responsibilities

Support the TMO in identifying and tracking and reporting key measures and initiatives across the group.
Support strategic projects and manage project workstreams.
Conduct research, analyze data and prepare presentations to support decision-making and project steering committees.
Collaborate with colleagues across HQ and Divisions to ensure smooth project execution.
Work cross-functionally with colleagues from HQ and the Divisions to ensure project deliverables are met.

Your profile

Completed higher education (e.g., a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics) or an equivalent qualification, ideally an MBA

At least 3 years of experience in (strategy) consulting or similar

Knowledge of strategy processes and strong PM skills

Strong financial acumen and experience analyzing datasets

Excellent Excel and Power Point skills

Strong communication skills presentation skills

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, German preferred

Our attractive remuneration is based on current market salaries. You can expect an annual gross salary starting at EUR 55,000,- all in, whereby we are open to overpayment in the case of corresponding qualifications and experience.
