Our client, an online casino platform based in Malta, is looking for a Junior Finnish Customer Support Agent to join their team. This company is well known for the wide range of casino games they offer, as well as their innovative features and commitment to delivering a top-tier gaming experience for their players.
The company is offering a salary of €25K + 10% bonus depending on KPIs and the role is fully office-based.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identifying and supporting players in any issues that they encounter in a professional manner
- Providing detailed information to customers about products, policies, promotions etc and updating customer accounts
- Understanding, guiding, supporting customers in responsible gambling
- Understanding AML and report suspicious activity
- Collaborating with other departments
Education, Skills and Experience
