Responsibilities
The data analyst & stock planning deals with all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. The data analyst transforms data into readable, goal-oriented reports. The role bridges data analytics, business intelligence, and supply chain management. By sourcing, integrating, and analyzing data from departments (procurement, production, sales, and logistics) the function supports managers with decision-making, demand planning / material availability, and operational excellence to drive innovation and growth.
DATA ANALYST
- Business support : Work closely with Managers (CEO, Purchasing Manager, Sales Manager, Warehouse Manager) to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
- Data Analysis and Insights : Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders, with an eye on what drives performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity;
identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
Data Visualization and ReportingData Management and IntegrationSystem Development and MaintenanceSTOCK PLANNING
Stock Management (support Warehouse Manager) : Authorizing manual movements from MTS to MTO and vice versa.;Managing putaway strategies and reviewing stock holding levels;Inserting new stock codes with related safety stocks in SAP after verifying business cases;Updating and maintaining ERP systems and master files (items, vendors, etc.);Utilizing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to ensure data accuracy.
Coordination and Communication : Coordinating with Purchasing for raw material availability;Work with procurement in terms of consignment stock at supplier site;Coordinating material movement between vendors, warehouse, and production floor;Reporting and KPIMaintenance;Providing reportsand requested information as needed;Assisting in maintaining monthly KPIs.
Technical Requirements
Mandatory
Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualizationTechnical writing experience (queries, reports, and presentations).Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniquesProgramming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, and ETLPractical experience in statistical analysis (Excel, SPSS, and SAS) and analytical tools (SQL)Big Plus
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics or similarKnow How in Engineering preferredThree or more years of experience mining data as a data analystSoft Skills
