N-able is seeking a Senior Account Manager for France and Benelux. The role owner is responsible for the development of the channel landscape in the assigned region, meeting budget and activity targets and ensuring partner and customer satisfaction. This includes development of existing distribution partners, reactivation of lost and inactive partners and new partner recruitment as well as generating revenue for N-able by closing sales at defined monthly quotas. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Salesperson with knowledge of the IT Channel of France and Benelux.
What You'll Do
Develop relationships and structured partnerships with distribution partners and their customers (Managed Service Providers, Resellers)Build and maintain a consistent and reliable funnel of opportunities and meet agreed contract volume and revenue targets for new businessRetain and grow existing customers to agreed revenue targets by up-selling and cross-sellingWork collaboratively with sales leadership team and cross-functional team members to develop and manage an account acquisition strategy in their territoryConstantly review performance of existing distributors and provide feedback to internal stakeholdersTrain sales resources within distribution and attend client meetings with them where required and possibleResponsible for meeting distributor revenue targets for new and existing business in the assigned region across all productsPromote company within distribution organizations,also organize and lead customer events jointly with distributors for face-to-face sellingWhat You'll Bring
French (Native), English Business level is required (Dutch or German is an asset)At least 3years of sales experience in IT channel (Vendor, Distribution, Reseller, Managed Service Provider)Experience in SaaS software sales is an assetAbility to succeed in a fast-paced environment with little supervisionProven ability to dynamically establish and adjust priorities based on activityAbility to multi-task effectivelyEffective presenter, mediator and collaboratorWorld class relationship building skillsExpected travel volume up to 33% of working timePurple Perks
