About This Role

Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat) as Account Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

We have just opened our newest stateoftheart training centre in Vienna featuring six advanced Full Flight Simulatorsincluding the G550 PH100 / 300 Global 7500 Global 6000 Vision CL3500 and PC24. The 8000 m² facility is purposebuilt to deliver the most advanced pilot training experience in Central Europe with room to expand to a total of nine simulators.

In this dynamic and fastpaced livetraining environment you will deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating and booking simulator training for our clients as part of our private jet training programmes. As a member of our dedicated Account Executive team you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Strategy achieving targets and driving development within your assigned territory.

The role we are offering you

• Book existing client training events comparing and evaluating course prerequisites with client qualifications course availability and document the clients expectations clearly to Training Services through accurate and proper registration of training.
• Establish and maintain proactive positive relationships with clients in your assigned territory through consistent and tailored communication.
• Diarising recurrent training events and following up to ensure fulfilment.
• Up-sell ancillary training courses that add value to overall client training.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with clients and make contract / pricing decisions based on set guidelines.
• Monitor client training events through to completion and provide customer service as required.
• Clearly communicate payment terms to clients and assist in collection of payments to include assisting with client check in and collect COD payments.
• Proactively ensure fulfilment of the Company sales strategy and targets.
• Prospecting for new clients as required.
• Directly coordinate training commitments with Training Services Department to provide a training solution for clients.

Our ideal candidate

This role includes a competitive quarterly sales incentive plan. It is primarily based on-site at our Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat) with occasional opportunity to work from home. The working hours of the role are Monday to Friday 40 hours a week.

As the Training Centre operates 24 / 7 you will need to be flexible to provide some weekend and public holiday coverage arranged through a shared team rota.
