Founded in June 2024, CornerstoneONE is a Swiss based, internationally operating company for Office Design, Construction, Real Estate Property and Facility Management with subsidiaries in 10+ countries. We are part of the PSI CRO Group, a world leading Contract Research Organization focused on global clinical trial delivery.

Architecture

  • Gather and organize technical data;

prepare drawings,plans, and documentation for global projects, with a focus on fit-out and refurbishment within existing structures.

  • Design architectural and engineering plans, and develop detailed specifications.
  • Collaborate and consult with professionals from various disciplines to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the work of local engineers, provide guidance to contractors and subcontractors during construction, and supervise (remotely) the implementation of layout designs.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies by engaging in continuous learning and professional development.

    • Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
  • Oversee the bidding process and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Address project issues promptly and ensure all objectives are met.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to meet budget targets.
  • Foster teamwork and ensure alignment towards shared goals.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to construction sites as required.

    • Real Estate

  • Liaise with various departments and industry professionals to support real estate initiatives.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and proposals for the CEO.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of CornerstoneONE's standards and requirements.

    • Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering

    • Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect
  • Practical, hands-on understanding of the construction process, including construction supervision and preparation of Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings and documentation
  • Experience in real estate is an advantage

    • Skills & Competencies

  • Broad experience from concept development to completion and maintenance of existing buildings
  • Strong design, technical drawing, and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of construction details and building maintenance
  • Familiarity with building regulations, norms, and standards
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and reporting abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving
  • Committed to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Expertise in fire prevention, security, ESG, or related areas is a plus

    • Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Advanced user of AutoCAD and BIM (Revit)
  • Skilled in presentation and visual editing tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite)

    • Languages

  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher), with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Additional languages are an asset

  • Reporting Line : Reports to the Lead Architect
  • Line Manager : CEO
  • Workplace : Fully remote (home office). You will be integrated as a guest within the local PSI team and can participate in team events, but your daily responsibilities and communication will be with CornerstoneONE.

    • Salary

    The minimum monthly salary will be according to the collective agreement. A significant overpayment is possible based on experience
