To expand our structure, I — as Managing Director — am looking for a travel agency professional (m / f / d) with experience in inbound tourism and a clear eye for what truly makes travel : preparation, coordination, reliability.

Your responsibilities — structured, accountable, to the point

• Planning, booking, and executing individually curated trips for international guests
• Communication with partners, hosts, and service providers — professional, reliable, as equals
• Creating and maintaining offers, booking details, and travel documents
• Travel accounting, contract management, and data maintenance in common systems
• Operational support before and during the trip (occasionally outside standard office hours)
• Developing and implementing new travel ideas and formats — together with the Managing Director
• Contributing to processes, systems, and internal workflows — with the aim of making things simpler and better
