Job Title : QA Manager

We are looking for a certified Scrum Master to lead our agile development teams. You will be responsible for coaching teams in Scrum principles, facilitating meetings, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. As a crucial member of our team, you will be at the heart of our agile transformation, guiding teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will help foster a culture of collaboration and transparency, enabling teams to achieve high performance and delivering value to our customers. Your ability to navigate different stakeholders and resolve conflict will contribute to a high-functioning team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives with multiple teams.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and best practices to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Support team members in understanding their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Promote an open and trusting team environment that encourages experimentation and innovation.
• Provide guidance on agile metrics (e.g., burn-down charts, velocity) helping teams to understand their performance.
• Engage with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to elevate the agile maturity of the organization.
• Facilitate conflict resolution within teams and cultivate a positive team culture.
