Due to an internal international promotion, our Asia Pacific Region is searching for a Finance & Risk Director .

About our tasty Opportunity :

Variety is our flavour, so we’re searching for the rare finance leader who can bring balance to driving the business forward through energy, passion and new thinking, against creating strong, reliable and credible reporting, compliance, and controls.

This is a role that is as diverse as our business. Reporting to the APAC CEO and sitting as a member of the APAC Management Board, you will lead the two portfolios of Finance & Risk, end to end, as well as being a part of a global finance team (led by our Global CFO), APAC Company Secretary duties and also be involved in a number of exciting growth & optimisation projects. This is a high-impact role that goes well beyond the numbers. You’ll inspire and grow a diverse team across multiple sites and countries, lead financial strategy and risk management at scale, and partner with senior leaders and customers to shape the future of Hilton Foods APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee finance operations across multiple sites and countries in the Asia Pacific region made up of 25+ finance team members
• Act as the company secretary, offering counsel to the chair and directors on matters of concern
• Develop and implement regional financial strategies in alignment with global objectives
• Manage regional treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and banking relationships
• Drive optimal capital structure and working capital efficiency across entities
• Develop and sustain positive and collaborative partnerships with external customers to drive long term success
• Provide external customers with data & insight to drive business outcomes for Hilton Foods, including but not limited to attending customer meetings, presentations and responding to requests
• Support commercial opportunities, business growth and assist with the pricing & modelling of new products and sales
• Partner with commercial teams to support pricing strategies, margin analysis, and business case development
• Assume the role of Company Secretary, supporting the Regional board of directors by ensuring corporate governance best practices, advising on regulatory compliance, and facilitating board meetings and communication with stakeholders
