  • Location :  Santos, Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Relocation package & accommodation assistance provided!
  • Contract Type :  Full-time, renewable annually
  • Start Date :  17th of March 2025
  • Working Hours :  Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

Your Role

As a  Legal Operations Analyst , you will play a crucial role in maintaining platform integrity and compliance. This is a  back-office position  with no direct interaction with users. Your main tasks include :

  • Reviewing flagged accounts and reported content to assess compliance with platform policies.
  • Deciding whether accounts remain active or need to be blocked.
  • Ensuring legal requests are handled in line with regulations.
  • Working within defined turnaround times and maintaining high-quality standards.

    • Desired Profile

  • Language Skills :  Minimum  C1 German  &  B2 English
  • Education :  High school diploma or higher
  • No prior experience required up to  1 year of experience  in content moderation is a plus
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Portugal ( EU ID / Residence Card / Certificate of Protection issued after March 2022 )
