Responsibilities
: Configure, extend, and adapt Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications, including entities, forms, workflows, business rules, security roles, and data models.
: Analyze and optimize the Dynamics 365 CRM landscape to reduce redundancies, improve efficiency, and enhance integration capabilities.
: Design, document, and maintain consistent end-to-end CRM processes and system architectures aligned with business needs.
: Define and implement technical standards, governance models, and best practices for CRM usage, scalability, and compliance.
: Manage system adaptations, integrations, and global rollouts in close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
: Ensure data accuracy, system scalability, and sustainable technical documentation across CRM solutions.
: Act as a bridge between business and IT, proactively communicating system capabilities, constraints, and recommendations.
