Tasks
As a fully-fledged team member, you will take on important tasks as an intern and contribute to making Austrian Airlines a top employer.
- You support the entire recruiting process, from the selection to the hiring of candidates
- You create job advertisements and publish them in the e-recruiting system
- You work on projects to improve the candidate experience
- You work on the design of assessment centers and other HR events
- You actively participate in the recruitment of young talents and the organization of job fairs
- You take responsibility for the support and onboarding of interns in our company
- You prepare information and assist with administrative activities

We are looking for open-minded and curious people who want to actively contribute their energy, knowledge and fresh perspective during their studies.
You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate must be attached to the application), ideally in a degree program with a focus on HR management, psychology or similar
You have an affinity for HR systems / topics and are quick on the uptakeYou are customer and service-orientedYou enjoy working independently and find it easy to structure complex tasks wellYou have a high level of self-motivation, commitment and a hands-on mentalityYou are communicative and a team playerYou have excellent written and spoken German and English skillsYou have an unrestricted work permit for Austria / the European Union
