Our team has an opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer working on AI Delivery for our products in an inter-disciplinary team of Research Scientists, Research Engineers, and Software Engineers.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on the next generation of our clinical documentation products powered by Artificial Intelligence. You will take on a leading role in the design, implementation and operation of our backend serving solutions. This opportunity will allow you to exploit your deep understanding of real-world AI use cases of a hyper-scale cloud provider, offering a predictable path to long-term career growth in a team with high employee retention.

This is a flexible work opportunity allowing up to 100% work from home if desired.

Qualifications

Required / Minimium Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field (OR equivalent experience)
Multi-year technical engineering experience with coding in language including, but not limited to, C, C++, Python, C#
Multi-year experience building and operating cloud services

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

Master's Degree in Computer science or related technical field (OR equivalent experience)

Multi-year technical engineering experience with coding in language including, but not limited to, C, C++, Python, C#

Multi-year experience building and operating cloud services

Multi-year experience working with machine learning models in areas such as : natural language processing, generative AI, speech-to-text

The salary for this role is starting from 75,400 euros per annum depending on experience.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings :  Microsoft Cloud Background Check :

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.

We are looking for highly motivated people with experience working on all aspects of modern cloud services, with a passion for ensuring the security of such systems and natural curiosity regarding machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities include :

Take leading role in the design, architecture, and security of AI serving solutions

Lead by example by producing extensible and maintainable code

Develop and deploy infrastructure for hosting and operating AI models

Assure system architecture meets security and compliance requirements

Maintain operations of live services as issues arise on a rotational, on-call basis

Leverage subject matter expertise of research scientist and partner with stakeholders

Maintain communication with key partners across the Microsoft ecosystem of engineers
