- We, the Supply Chain Unit, with our various departments, are responsible for the logistics of our raw material plasma, single donation control, GMP-compliant storage of plasma and various intermediate products, procurement of goods and services, sourcing of inventory materials, production planning, import and export of goods, as well as overall warehousing operations.
- Our team is divided into the following departments : Material Management, Plasma Logistics, Storage & Distribution, and Purchasing.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
Translate long term production plans into mid-short terms considering quality and regulatory environment, demand plans and capacities, in collaboration with product supply plannersDevelopment, enhancement, maintenance and administration of production planning systemsManage intermediates stock, quality status follow-up and transfers according to business rules and markets requirementsProcess owner and responsible for operational coordination of plasma supply planning and distribution at group levelPlan self sufficiency countries and acting as single contact point within corporate Supply Chain for self sufficiency related topicsMaintain KPIs and reports for plasma and production planning activities as well as develop and support digitalization and automation in planning areaYour department - where you make an impact
Academic education in an area related to Supply Chain Management or EngineeringMinimum 2 years of professional experience in production planning in a multinational environment preferably within Pharmaceutical IndustryExperience with SAP and KinaxisHigh level of computer literacy in MS Office, in particular Excel and Power BIFluency in English is a must, German is a plusProblem-solving, analytical abilities and excellent communication skillsWillingness to travel up to 10%Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently, independently and in a teamThrive with us

As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
