Job requirements

Your Responsibilities

• Handling and coordinating group and event inquiries for both Max Brown Hotels in Vienna
• Communicating with guests, corporate clients, and partners via email and phone
• Preparing offers, contracts, invoices, and event schedules
• Collaborating with operational departments to ensure smooth execution
• Actively supporting sales efforts, including identifying upselling opportunities
