You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development initiatives that empower our associates to thrive, grow, and deliver an extraordinary guest experience..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a strategic talent development roadmap in alignment with the hotel’s business goals and brand standards.
• Create innovative, engaging learning experiences that foster both technical and behavioral competencies.
• Facilitate leadership training, executive coaching sessions, and cross-functional development pathways.
• Ensure all training activities comply with local regulations and global brand training requirements.
• Partner with department leaders to build a culture of recognition, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
