Responsabilidades

Your Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures and programs
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
• Supervise regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees and contractors
• Ensure that all relevant personnel are adequately trained in health and safety procedures and safety protocols
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes
• Develop and enforce the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines
• Provide health and safety support during the planning, development, and execution of renewable energy projects
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into project designs, operations, and the procurement process
• Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics
• Prepare and present health and safety reports to senior management and stakeholders
