The Game Design team creates innovative and visually stunning slot games that blend creativity, math, and player delight. This role turns numbers into emotions, shaping gameplay experiences that are balanced, immersive, and unforgettable. Collaborating closely with art, sound, and development experts, the Game Designer brings fresh ideas to life and helps define the creative direction of our growing studio.

Your tasks

  • Design engaging slot game concepts that combine creativity, mathematical balance, and an exceptional player experience
  • Develop detailed game design documentation covering visuals, sound, and mathematical concepts
  • Guide the end-to-end game design process in collaboration with the Head of Game Studio
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, mechanics, and design inspirations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely project delivery
  • Identify and resolves gameplay, visual, or math-related challenges through creative, data-informed solutions
  • Act as the key contact for implementing complex game features that require collaboration across disciplines
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring consistent communication and alignment
  • Advocate for the player experience throughout the design and development process

    • Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Game Design or a related field such as Mathematics or Art
  • At least 1 year of experience in slot game design or 2+ years in general game design
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and game creation processes
  • Good knowledge of the slots and gambling industry, with an analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working with Excel and JIRA (or similar project management systems)
  • Basic understanding of visual composition and design fundamentals
  • Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Open to occasional travel (up to 5%)
