What your tasks are :
Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Learning customer projects - from conception to go-liveDevelopment of practical solutions for processes in the area of personnel development / learning based on established best practicesTechnical management and control of your own stream in close cooperation with project managementContributing in-depth HR expertise to the design of complex technical requirementsImplementing technical solutions in a team, including structured documentationPreparing and conducting workshops and training sessions in German and EnglishIntensively maintaining relationships with new and existing customersConducting requirements analyses, effort estimates, and assisting in the preparation of quotations for customer-specific solutionsSupporting colleagues in solving complex issues and actively transferring knowledgeContinuous training of hard and soft skillsYour profile that convinces us :
More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors LearningCompleted certification in SuccessFactors Learning or proof of comparable experienceKnowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantageSeveral years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertiseIn-depth knowledge of HR-related topics, especially HR processesHigh affinity for modern (cloud) technologiesHigh flexibility and willingness to travelInterest in open and constructive collaborationBusiness fluent German and English skillsCNT stands for further development, career opportunities and prospects, as well as a family-friendly working environment.
