You are passionate about data-driven customer experience and eager to shape the future of personalized notifications. Within our team at Lufthansa Group you help to deliver smarter, tailored communications to our customers via app and mail.
- You conduct industry benchmarking to help identify and implement best practices
- You support user research initiatives, end-to-end product tests, and A / B testing to drive data-driven decision-making
- You analyze data and identify insights
- You create presentation decks and keep documentation up-to-date
- You bridge the gap between customer needs and development by preparing detailed work packages
