The main responsibilities are the software and system architecture, its alignment with ATM VCS market requirements, our business strategy, and our capabilities to develop and deliver IT voice solutions to our global customer base. Bridging the gap between business and product development ensuring that technology investments support and drive business outcomesArchitecture Roadmap : Collaboratively creates the vision, evolution and communicates the VCS software architectural strategy and technical / technological roadmap.
