Your tasks
- Assess Agile Maturity : Identify the true state of agility within our partners and define smart next steps.
- Unleash Transformations : Don’t just teach agile principles—bring them to life and make change part of the DNA.
- Optimize Value Streams : Collaborate with Value Stream Managers to expose dependencies, enhance processes, and boost efficiency.
- Eliminate Bottlenecks : Identify everything that disrupts flow and remove it with creative solutions.
- Revolutionize Workshops & Meetings : No monologues—just interaction, energy, and real results.
- Spot Inefficiencies & Rethink Approaches : Challenge processes, experiment, and continuously refine the agile toolbox.
- Maximize Team Flow : Identify dysfunctions, facilitate bold conversations, and drive long-term improvements through team and individual coaching.
- Share Knowledge & Inspire : Live thought leadership, take the stage, deliver talks, and engage audiences.
- Agile Business Development : Spot opportunities, create value, and proactively explore new possibilities.
