Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and delivery of daily banking, savings & lending use cases from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless digital experience and managing the product post-deployment
  • Develop, drive, and communicate the long-term product vision and ensure alignment with business strategy. Manage product P&L and ensure the successful design, planning and execution of all activities along RDB's products' lifecycle
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Product Owners. Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus. Prioritize backlogs, synchronize work with other delivery streams and drive effective cooperation with supporting units within the bank
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities in existing and target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure legal compliance with Austrian and EU regulatory frameworks, mitigate risks
  • Lead supplier selection / procurement processes &, co-approve product pricing &and setup as a member of the Product & Pricing Committees, respectively

Your Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of leadership in digital banking, fintech, or payments. Knowledge of agile methodologies and governance frameworks in financial services. Strong grasp of legal and compliance frameworks relevant to digital banking.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Agile or Product Management certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic Institute) considered an asset
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a data-minded & analytical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Experience in user experience design, market research & testing to drive product innovation & improvement.
  • Senior communication & soft skills with experience in managing relationships with stakeholders (incl. executive level) and supporting functions within a bank
  • Fluent English; Polish native speaker preferred
  • Willingness to work physically on-site in Vienna
