The Service Desk Analyst / IT Support (f/m/x) is the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries from internal employees and external this role youll ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations by providing frontline support to both local and remote teams. Working within established IT processes youll collaborate closely with central IT functions to maintain a reliable secure and user-focused IT environment.
Were looking for a team member to support our Innsbruck location on a part-time basis. While the exact hours are flexible were thinking of around 20 hours per week.
