We are looking for a Lead Engineer Supplier Quality & Development (f / m / d) who is responsible for promoting the quality of the assigned suppliers, including the implementation of the quality plan. The selection of suppliers through qualification processes. Own supplier results, improvements through the use of supplier scorecards. Conducting supplier audits, ensuring compliance and advancing improvement plans.

Your Tasks :
- Responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development.
- Includes supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence.
- Cares for the effective design transfer of New Product Introduction Programs from GE Healthcare Engineering development to deliver a High Quality, Manufacturable solution at our selected suppliers.
- Evaluates supplier technical capabilities as an enabler for the best supplier selection process possible.
- Establish and empower working relationships with external and internal interfaces (Suppliers, Sourcing, Design and Manufacturing Engineering, Service, etc).
- Influences the product design specifications at the design stage to support effective Design transfer to Manufacturing to ensure that customer requirements are understood, internalized and implemented in all New Products Development Programs.
- Ensures adequate due diligence is applied throughout the NPI cycle to deliver to Program and Customer requirements.
- Drives a continuous improvement culture in all we do : Design, Manufacturing and Program Delivery.
Your Profile :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or a related discipline3-5 years of professional experience in quality managementPractical knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing Environment and Manufacturing Processes both for flex and rigid Electronic BoardsEffective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills and influence others to drive change (cross-functional and global) (TPS, 6 Sigma, Lean experience)Experience with industrial development methods, DFM, DFT applications and subsequent implementation at the level of new product introduction are appreciatedExcellent oral and written communication skillsEstablished skills in project managementWillingness to travel within Europe 10-20%Fluent communication in English, German is a plusDesired Knowledge of the IPC-A-610 standard for the acceptance of electronic assembliesWhat we offer :

For this position, the annual compensation package starts at EUR 68.000.
