In this role, you will lead a team of product information specialists and ensure that the highest quality information is provided for numerous business applications. THE TASKS AWAITING YOU

• defining and optimising processes for the team and departments to ensure efficient workflows
• managing resources and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met
• collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure process compliance and improve data quality
• develop new ideas to improve the customer experience for all brands through better product information
• responsibility for the provision and maintenance of information on the various digital platforms
• regular reporting to management on successes and potential for improvement
• interface with the IT department to identify and implement improvements to the PIM tool
