Senior Technical Lead - Cloud & Data Platform (all genders)
Tasks
- Define and drive system / software architecture and design principles for complex products
- Act as Technical Project Lead, ensuring quality architecture and efficient implementation
- Conduct expert technical consultations and translate needs into scalable solutions
- Build and maintain a secure, multi-cloud environment with strong governance and compliance
- Align with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Support for smooth product delivery
- Identify AI / ML use cases and mentor teams on integration and best practices
- Recommend emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concepts to validate new approaches
- Deliver training and documentation to upskill teams and foster technical excellence
- Engage with the broader tech community through publications and events
- Advocate for flexible, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions across products
Experience
Proven experience designing robust multi-cloud architectures (multi-cloud certifications preferred)Proficiency in Python, Databricks, Golang, Kafka, Typescript, and Apache SparkDeep understanding of data ingestion, processing, storage, governance, and monetizationPassion for artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience identifying and integrating use casesAbility to balance long-term technical vision with short-term execution needsSkilled in translating customer requirements into scalable technical solutionsFamiliarity with GDPR, SOC2, and embedding security into infrastructure designExperience working with cross-functional teams to align on technical goalsStrong communication skills for engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholdersExperience contributing to technical blogs, whitepapers, and representing the company in industry forumsBenefits
