, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Keeper to join our team. The resource will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and accurate stock management process, in a full-time permanent position starting from

December 2025.

Job Responsibilities

Management of stock organization in accordance with Loro Piana procedures and
directives
Guarantee accurate reception, verification, quantities and deliveries of articles and supplies
Ensure proper handling ad preservation of luxury goods, maintaining the highest quality standards
Planning and management inventory activities
Oversee the replenishment of products in the boutique and support the sales team with stock availability
Control and organization of transfers, shipments and logistic operations to ensure efficiency and timeliness
Collaborate with Store Management and Sales Associates to optimize stock flows and maximize client satisfaction

Profile

Strong IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office package

At last 5 years pf experience in a similar role within the luxury industry

Proven knowledge of SAP

Fluent English;

knowledge of German is a plus

Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability in stock handling

Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Team player with flexibility and a proactive attitude
