Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Group Leader IT ERP Applications to lead our ERP landscape during a pivotal phase of transformation. This role is responsible for driving our SAP strategy, including our ongoing transformation program, while ensuring the stability and compliance of ERP operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute the ERP applications strategy together with our Program Management, with a strong focus on SAP transformation and cloud migration
• Act as ERP subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Program Management and business stakeholders
• Program & Project Management
• Support the SAP transformation program, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality
• Manage and coordinate ERP-related projects, balancing transformation with ongoing operational needs
• Oversee vendor and near-shore resource performance, ensuring effective delivery and collaboration
• Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP solution architects and foster a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Operations & Compliance
• Ensure ERP applications run reliably, securely and in compliance with ITIL guidelines and our Service orientation
• Maintain robust controls to meet ISAE audit requirements and other compliance standards
• Establish and monitor KPIs for ERP service delivery and vendor performance
• Partner and License Management
• Manage contracts and SLAs with external vendors and service providers
• Closely collaborate with our IT purchasing department
• Manage and oversee the software licence life cycle
